Start by assembling the Greek salad. Combine the mixed greens, crumbled feta cheese, diced tomatoes, black olives, and garbanzo beans (chickpeas) in a large bowl.
Drizzle two tablespoons of Greek vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
Cut the whole-grain pita into triangles.
Serve the salad with the pita triangles and two tablespoons of hummus on the side for dipping.
