3-ingredient froyo popsicles

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen fruit
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  • Add the frozen fruit to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If needed, let the fruit sit for a few minutes to soften slightly before blending.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the blended fruit, Greek yogurt, and honey. Stir until fully incorporated and smooth.
  • Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully set.
  • To remove them, run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them.
  • Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Sweetener Swap: Substitute maple syrup for honey if preferred. Fruit Variations: Try mixed berries, mango, or peaches for different flavors. Creamier Popsicles: Blend the yogurt and fruit together for an ultra-smooth texture instead of mixing by hand.
