Add the frozen fruit to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If needed, let the fruit sit for a few minutes to soften slightly before blending.
In a mixing bowl, combine the blended fruit, Greek yogurt, and honey. Stir until fully incorporated and smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks.
Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully set.
To remove them, run the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them.
Enjoy immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
