Whisk together the unsweetened almond milk, chia seeds, and maple syrup in a medium-sized bowl until well combined.
Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes at room temperature or, for best results, cover and refrigerate it overnight to thicken.
Layer the chia pudding into mason jars or containers once the chia pudding has thickened up.
Add a layer of blueberries and then sprinkle with slivered almonds. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used up.
You can either eat right away or seal the jars and store them in the fridge until ready to enjoy.
Notes
Leftovers: Store any leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days. The parfait should hold up well as a grab-and-go snack or dessert.
Substitution Options: If you prefer not to use slivered almonds, you can substitute them with shredded coconut or hemp seeds for extra texture and flavor.
Chia Seeds will not gel: Your chia seeds may be stale if they do not create a gel—it's time to buy a new bag!
