Prepare your ingredients by cutting the watermelon into cubes and removing any seeds, ensuring you have 1 ½ cups.
In a blender or food processor, combine the watermelon cubes, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon honey, and ½ cup water. Blend until completely smooth.
Taste the blend and adjust sweetness or tanginess if needed.
Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top for expansion during freezing.
Insert popsicle sticks (if your mold requires them) and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or until fully set.
To remove the popsicles, briefly run the mold under warm water to help release them, then gently pull each out. Enjoy your refreshing treat!
Notes
Substitutions: For a citrus twist, swap the lemon juice for lime juice. You can also replace the sugar with additional honey or maple syrup for a different flavor profile.
Nutrient Boost: For extra electrolytes and a hint of tropical flavor, substitute the water with coconut water.
Customization: Try adding a few fresh mint leaves or a splash of sparkling water for a fizzy variation.
Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to one week for optimal freshness.
