Melt the dark chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth. If using collagen, stir it into the melted chocolate until fully combined.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the melted chocolate into a thin, even layer.
Sprinkle the dried cherries, dried liver crumbs, and a pinch of sea salt evenly over the chocolate. Press the toppings lightly to help them adhere.
Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and chill for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate is fully set.
Once firm, break the chocolate into 12-15 irregular pieces. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer for longer storage.
Enjoy as a nutrient-dense snack or dessert straight from the fridge or freezer!
