Cook the chicken: Heat a pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Season the chicken tenderloin with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken, flipping occasionally, until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Once cooked, remove from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it.
Assemble the salad: In a large bowl or plate, add 2 cups of mixed greens, ¼ cup of shredded parmesan cheese, 3 tablespoons of croutons, and ¼ cup of diced tomato.
Top the salad: Slice the cooked chicken and place it on top of the salad. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of caesar dressing.
Serve with orange: Peel and segment 1 orange and serve it alongside the salad, either on the side or placed on top.
Notes
Don't like Caesar: If you're not a fan of Caesar dressing, substitute it with your favorite dressing (e.g., balsamic vinaigrette, ranch, or a lighter yogurt-based dressing).
Other Toppings: Feel free to customize your salad with additional toppings like cucumbers, nuts, seeds, or avocado for extra flavor and nutrition.
