2–4 red raspberry leaf tea bags or 4 tablespoons loose-leaf red raspberry leaf tea
Ice
Option 1: ½–1 cup low-sugar lemonade, to taste
Option 2: 1 lemon-flavored electrolyte packet
Option 3: squeeze of lemon juice
Optional: lemon slices for serving
Directions
Add the red raspberry leaf tea bags or ¼ cup of loose-leaf tea to a large jar or pitcher, then add 4 cups of water.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 8 hours, to cold brew.
The next day, remove the tea bags and stir the tea well.
For the regular lemonade version, pour the cold-brewed tea over ice and add a splash of low-sugar lemonade, adjusting to taste.
For the electrolyte version, stir the lemon-flavored electrolyte packet into the cold-brewed tea until fully dissolved, then pour over ice. Add a splash of lemon juice if desired.
Serve cold and enjoy.
