5 30-day meal plans with grocery lists (preconception, 1st trimester, 2nd trimester, 3rd trimester, and gestational diabetes) are included with the yearly subscription. The meal plans are created as if the person following them has no dietary restrictions, as of now, there are no vegetarian meal plans.
