All meal plans are 30-days and include grocery lists plus specific foods to include per each trimester!
The meals are SIMPLE and don’t require amazing cooking skills, but do need you to understand basic instructions like “bake in the oven” or “saute”. They aren’t intensive recipes but rather “put together” style meals if you will.
The gestational diabetes meal plan is set up a little different and includes more full-length recipes (plus desserts!), but they are still all around 10 ingredients or less.
The daily carb totals for the gestational diabetes meal plan are between 75 -130 grams per day, so you will need to tweak it based on your blood sugar numbers!
