Nausea-Friendly Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces milk ⁣
  • 1/2 banana ⁣
  • 1/2 cup blueberries, frozen⁣
  • 1/2 cup riced cauliflower, frozen ⁣
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds ⁣
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder

Directions

  • Wash any fresh produce you are using.
  • Add ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend to combine for at least 2 minutes, depending on your blender.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Cauliflower: You can’t taste the cauliflower, and it’s an easy way to add in veggies if those aren’t sounding super appetizing right now!⁣ Milk: Choose your preferred milk. Other add-ins: nut butter, chia seeds, or pumpkin seeds.
