I think the biggest thing with Benefiber is checking the sugar content, I’m noticing some of their products contain added sugar and some don’t. Also, some are sweetened with artificial sweeteners.

Gatorade zero uses sucralose and Ace K (artificial sweeteners) – check out the newest note on artificial sweeteners under “sugar” for more info here!
