Nancy, great question! They made it so confusing by adding this product, in my opinion. You would think “organic” means better but that is not always the case! The organic variety has less choline (11 mg vs 55 mg), less B12, and 1 g more sugar (although that’s not a huge difference). Also, the DHA in the organic is from flaxseed oil which does not make sense!! We need to get DHA from either small fish or algae.
