thanks! I ended up switching to smarty pants and it says folate 600 (360 L-methylfolate). I know what’s the good kind so I feel better. I just want to be sure that means 600 total and not 600+360. I eat really healthy and track folate, usually get 250-300 via diet so I don’t want to over do it. although that’s folate from diet, not folic acid.
