Hi!! So sorry to hear you are/were suffering from these! Do you know what type of kidney stones they are? Obviously, hydration is huge with any type of kidney stone, but recommendations vary nutritionally depending on the type! We do want to ensure you are meeting your calcium needs while pregnant!
