Hi, Stephanie, welcome! You found the right place! So, I can’t make individualized recommendations here, I.e. I won’t be able to tell you if this prenatal is particularly suitable for your needs. I’m happy to compare it to the general guidelines I’ve outlined in the prenatal vitamin note. Can you post the link here to the one you are taking? I am finding a few variations of the brand and want to make sure I am reviewing the right one!
