Hey! Super interesting, I’m not sure why they would do that either; it must be due to some form of regulations that are different in Canada, I assume. It is definitely more well-rounded and comprehensive with the US dosage, however, I can’t say that you’d specifically benefit from 2 or 3 capsules per day without doing an assessment. Although, I trust the brand and the forms of each nutrient are good, so only the quantity is really changed, which again may be okay for some, but potentially not okay for others.
