Sorry to harp on this – I’m looking into DHAs and considering Nordic Naturals.

I’m looking into their Prenatal vs. Algae Omega. The prenatal DHA includes D3, which I’m getting in my Seeking Health Prenatal. Can you overdo D3? Would the Algae Omega be a better option since I am getting my D3 elsewhere? I just don’t love the carrageenan in the Algae Omega.
