Hey! You’re right, the Garden of Life does have a prebiotic component as well, so honestly, they are pretty equivalent! In general, when looking at probiotics I like to see at least 30 billion CFU’s and list out each strain included (amounts are great too like Needed shows). Needed’s has just about 30 billion and the reason why I don’t disregard it because it doesn’t meet that mark is that they have the targeted strains such as lactobacillus rhamonous, bifidus strains, and lactobacillus reuteri. It’s nice the garden of life is one capsule versus two, but again, this is going to be up to the individual to determine what is best for you!
