Hey, Hannah! So, I can’t provide individualized guidance here, unfortunately. This requires me to do a full nutrition assessment which is something I do for my high-touch 1:1 clients.
A few things to keep in mind, food is the MOST important to get all of these nutrients, and the best way to determine your supplement needs is to get blood work done, specifically with iron and vitamin D.
The iron + calcium isn’t an issue in Thorne’s prenatal since there isn’t much calcium. They are focusing on the iron, so you’d want to ensure you meet calcium needs through food which can be done relatively easily!
I’d definitely take a look at this note on breastfeeding + pregnancy (even though you aren’t yet pregnant!): https://new.theprenatalnutritionlibrary.com/pregnant-and-breastfeeding/
I totally understand! Supplements can add up, but spending more on higher-quality supplements is WELL worth it!! ( :
