Hey! I think you’re referring to the bigger salad kits? Leafy greens in general cause more foodborne illness outbreaks than any other produce (or other foods really!) so there’s always a slight risk even though overall, the risk is small because our food system in the US is very safe. There is no concrete data on which is “riskier”, unfortunately (between the individual salads vs. bigger salad kits).
