Hi,

Would you mind confirming again, Ryann? I could swear I saw a discussion here or on IG in which you confirmed leafy greens are important to include in pregnancy and that getting it’s not buying pre-boxed or bagged is an option if you wash it carefully. I happen to love arugula, which you have to buy bagged or boxed, unless you grow it yourself (not necessary cut, except to remove it from the ground). And baby spinach is so much easier to use than large leaves of spinach, but then they’re in the same camp as arugula and in a box or bag.
