Okay! The bottom one is a multimineral so I thought that was different that a multivitamin. They do have some similar and some different ingredients.
Mary Ruth’s does have an iodine supplement. I saw your post on how to get more iodine in your diet and I’m pretty sure every food you listed I don’t eat. Would it be okay to supplement with a liquid iodine? I read that there can be big problems consuming too much iodine.
