Hey, Laurie! Reminder that I’m unable to provide individualized guidance here; I would need to do a full nutrition assessment to be able to tell you if this is the right prenatal for you. Based on my recommendations in the prenatal vitamin note, no choline is a downside, and iron + calcium together is also a downside. The other downsides, it doesn’t have much vitamin D and does not contain vitamin K2.
