Hey! I feel ya on that ice cream love. ( ; They definitely use pasteurized milk so no concern there. We really aren’t looking at ice cream as a “health promoting/baby building” food just for a treat and to boost our mood. So, you are right, those preservatives/additives aren’t great for us, but in small amounts not likely to do direct harm. I hope that helps!
