Shakeology contains A LOT of ingredients we have no research to support their safety. Additionally, it has a decent amount of vitamins/minerals which you would be better off getting from a higher quality prenatal vitamin. I would prefer my clients taking a prenatal vitamin and if they need extra protein that can’t be met through food, a cleaner/less involved protein powder. More info on that coming next Monday!
