Here to clear the confusion! ?if it doesn’t explicitly state “raw” or “unpasteurized” , it is pasteurized! This also goes for honey in products… most products with honey are baked so in this case, even if the honey they used was raw, it has been heated. Remember, pasteurization doesn’t guarantee a product is safe, it just reduces the chances of something harmful growing in it which is why we recommend the small extra precaution of it being heat treated.
