Hey, Gianna,
Digestive enzymes are not typically recommended in pregnancy because of lack of data proving they are safe. It’s interesting how some prenatal vitamins contain these not knowing the safety. I don’t typically recommend taking this prenatal, there are plenty of others without these elements!
