Hey! All of the oils listed as avoid are best limited on ingredient lists as well. Not because they are unsafe for baby; the recommendations of certain oils are for your health (the omega-6: omega-3 ratio discussed in this note), the oils in the avoid list can make this ratio way out of balance which can be lead to inflammation and poor health outcomes.
