Hey! Oh, wow, I had not heard of this or seen research on it. Looks like it could be coincidental for some, but may actually cause improvements for others. I think this statement in the article sums it up, “Studies have been published looking at this and it has been written about in fertility books since the ’70s. There is no conclusive help — or fertility doctors would be recommending it for everyone.” So, the evidence is not strong enough for it to be prescribed routinely to those with fertility issues! Very interesting though!!
