Happy anniversary! Loving the preparation – so, it actually is going to depend on the restaurant, I will say it is about a 90% chance they make it using pasteurized products, but it never hurts to ask!
Same thing with hollandaise and tiramisu- mostly, yes, these are safe. Even a lot of the time when restaurants make it in-house, they use pasteurized eggs!
