Hey, Justine! Just FYI, I can only provide generalized thoughts here and can’t tell you specifically if this is an appropriate supplement since I don’t know you. I’m not a fan of prenatals that contain a whole slew of herbs since the data is severely lacking. This prenatal also has low amounts of many nutrients like vitamin D and magnesium; it also has no choline. I do appreciate it has vitamin K2, folate, iodine, and selenium, however!
