Ryann Kipping, RDN, The Prenatal Nutritionist ryannkipping Senior Member Jul 14 Hey! I’m not so sure about this one – it says “trace minerals” but doesn’t even list what these are. Additionally, I don’t like the inclusion of elderberry considering we don’t have data to prove it’s safety (no adverse effects have been reported either). Very limited vitamin D, but it does have choline and the activated forms of vitamins (yay!).
