Hey! Great question! Yes, nutrients are important, but listening to your body is equally important. I would prioritize protein as this is going to stabilize blood sugars and help keep you full throughout the day. So, if carbs are the only thing that sounds good, totally okay, just if you can follow it up with a source of protein. If you eat anything less than 1800 calories per day, you definitely aren’t meeting your nutrient needs for most nutrients so your prenatal vitamin is important. Have you tried smoothies? You can make them pretty calorically and nutrient-dense!

Food should always be a greater focus than the number on the scale ( :

Hey! Sometimes this is normal during pregnancy and I do recommend eating something. However, I’d either try eating more at dinner probably more protein or eating a snack after dinner/before bed like a yogurt parfait or peanut butter energy bite!

Hey! Off the top of my head, I haven’t seen any research on it during pregnancy, I’m making a note to do some digging to see if I can find anything on safety!

Hey! Timing doesn’t matter much with this one. If your prenatal is multiple pills though you’d want to separate those so you aren’t taking so many nutrients at once 😊

Haha! Well, if you can get down fish and meats that’s great, too!

Hey! They are both great options! The Needed probiotic also contains prebiotics which isn’t always necessary if you eat vegetables and fruits.

Hey! Check out the note on herbal teas this will give good insight on what to look for/avoid. Generally, 1-2 cups of tea per day is okay 😊

Hey! I haven’t seen any data on this as it relates to pregnancy. I know there are benefits outside of pregnancy. Will have to do a bit of digging and get back to this one! There may not be any data out there… :/

Hey! We are actually going to add a full note on ACV! Be sure to use the forum search feature too! ( :

The issue is the lack of research, I’m actually not sure if there is any on ACV DURING pregnancy. I would first look at why you are doing this and ask yourself if it is still necessary. In things like salad dressings and cooking with ACV, this is not an issue during pregnancy, but when you just drink it straight, it’s a little different. My recommendation if you do use it is to keep it to 1 tbsp and dilute it some with water or add it to tea or something! In this case, I do think unpasteurized is fine for the benefits it provides

Hey! I would spread out the 3 pills (either 2/1 or 1/1/1), but you can take the 2 DHA pills together. ( :
