Ingredients

  • 8-10 oz. milk
  • 1 cup (handful) spinach
  • ½ banana
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1 hard-boiled egg or 2 scoops protein powder

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and combine
  • Serve with 1-2 hard-boiled eggs

Notes

Egg: Include the egg(s) as you like. Milk: Dairy milk provides the most nutrients, but most plant-based options are safe.
