Cranberries

1.  Cranberries are a great addition to your daily meal plan before and during pregnancy. They provide wonderful nutrients to keep you healthy and strong for your growing baby. 

2. The results are mixed on cranberries and UTIs, but they are more useful at preventing them from developing versus treating it when it is already there (even in pregnancy). 

3. Be aware of added sugar when purchasing dried cranberries or cranberry juice; these are great for a trail mix or added to a salad.
