The Feel-Good Gestational Diabetes Program

By The Prenatal Nutritionist

Are you expecting a bundle of joy but worried about how gestational diabetes might impact your pregnancy ?

Like you, we are frustrated by the lack of QUALITY education available at most OB and midwifery clinics. A gestational diabetes diagnosis seems daunting, but it does not mean you will have any less positive pregnancy outcomes than someone who does not have GD.

The Feel Good GD program is here to help you learn exactly how to eat to have the best pregnancy outcomes possible.

At The Prenatal Nutritionist, we believe that managing gestational diabetes isn't about depriving yourself of your favorite foods or a set of rigid guidelines you must abide by.

Our unique approach empowers you to maintain stable blood sugar levels with sustainable nutrition strategies you will keep for a lifetime.

No more feeling restricted or overwhelmed – just practical, science- backed strategies to help you and your baby thrive.

This program will help you:

Lower your blood
sugar and deliver
a healthy baby.

Build filling meals
& snacks without
spending hours
preparing food.

Continue to eat
your favorite foods
without blood
sugar spikes.

Hello! I'm

I’ve helped hundreds of women escape confusing and outdated nutrition information to find a happy, feel-good pregnancy.

Simply put, advice to "take a prenatal vitamin" is not enough.

If there is any time in your life to make nutrition a priority, it’s now.

Eating for two people is different than eating for one. Appetite changes, intense cravings, morning sickness, and heartburn come in waves and you’re forced to lean into your bodies cues like never before.

During pregnancy, you have to eat intentionally and I’m here to make it easy for you. I’ve done all the research, so you don’t have to spend another minute debating your every bite.

Having the “pregnancy glow” is great and all, but feeling that glow (confidence, nourishment, and energy) on the inside is what matters the most.
